When people think of the greatest threats to the United States today, many things come to mind. First international terrorism is probably in the form of al-Qaida or similar. And that's understandable - I was there on 9 / 11, saw the towers fall from my doorstep, and the loss of friends and relatives in the insulin pump accessories.

Diabetes is the same for large pharmaceutical companies and health care, and together, these industries are doing everything possible to ruin the United States.
